Syncing movement and breath, we will uncover the magic of being present in the flowing power of postures. Postures linked with pranayama help support and build a strong mind, body and heart.  This class is good for beginners and experienced students. It’s a bit of a workout- but just the right amount. Modifications offered. We will meet you where you are at.

FRIDAY 8-9 AM GENTLE YOGA

Absolute beginner yoga. Come as you are- we will breathe, be and explore. Supported by bolsters and props we will stretch out, relax and enjoy some mindful breathing.  Come take a scared pause and do some self-care.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Jenna Arpita offers traditional and classical forms of hatha and ashtanga yoga. Her approach offers great reverence to the ancient lineage of yoga…but still always approachable and fun. With a strong emphasis on developing a self practice, people tend to feel very comfortable and connected in classes.
